I want to tell this warm place with a chronic simple. Did not choose, nor historical nor tradiconal. I chose it because it seemed an ideal place for a romantic meal and close to home. And so it proved.

I started from early morning to invite my wife, who despite being working since early sooo reserving energy for eating out. Son home from the guys, well empilchados and perfumed, very early we left for twenty-five. Quiet place close to home, away from the crowds. And here the first recommendation, because we had to arrive early for most of the evening, head waiter, waiter and chef exclusively for us.

James, our waiter, so young that he could not unless he had much experience, but as I tell them about your great dedication to service and good training that undoubtedly has. I really sold exactly three steps that the chef had prepared for that night.

Vegetable Tempura for me. The batter denoted a white good cooking technique well applied. Fresh lettuce and purple French companions, and crisp stalks. My wife asked Brusqueta of Arugula and Prosciutto. Excellent raw material and very good presentation.

For the main Papillote Pollock chose the cream. I liked that the role was given only by the taste of haddock, say, within the wrapper or herbs or vegetables.
She always playing it safe, tested loin (veal). Simple but well made, with a tomato sauce with a touch sweet potato and a house with blue cheese.

Maridamos entire meal with white wine from Bodegas Ventus Trivarietal End of the World. Santiago was also recommended, and not left alone in words, took place on serving wine from start to finish very well. Desserts kept the simplicity and good concept made so far. For me, ice cream with strawberries, caramel center and crunchy meringues. For her banana pudding, caramel ice cream and chocolate milk. Both real good.

Considering the food, ambience and service, the price has been consistent. Also got the seduction pursued that night. Seen from this perspective, the company was worth every second of the evening. When I return I have to anticipate not having to drive and visit the bar and I have a few drinks.
