The AIVB-LR (AIC Organic Wines from Languedoc-Roussillon) founded the Bio Millésime hall in 1993 and although initially exposed only a few producers in the Languedoc-Roussillon, this room has progressively reached an international dimension to accommodate late arriving This month nearly 400 exhibitors (winegrowers and traders), of which approximately ¼ foreigners.

The nonprofit association was created in 1991 and currently holds one hundred groups of individuals, cooperatives four wineries committed to organic farming, and about eleven marketing companies (specializing in the preparation and distribution of organic wines exclusively or mixed).

Bio vintage is the meeting point for professionals organic wines. In recent years, the internationalization of Millésime Bio is obvious. The edition of 2009 largely confirmed this development, to accommodate exhibitors and buyers numerous European, American and Asian: 27% more exhibitors and 50% more visitors in 2009/2008.

This year from 25th to January 27th will again be the city of Montpellier and for some days the "global epicenter of organic wine," attended by nearly 400 exhibitors (winegrowers and traders, of whom one quarter are foreigners). This diversity of countries and companies represented Millesime Bio make an unmissable event for those buyers willing to meet international supply eco-wines.
