Facade of Byzantium Japanese Restaurant in Saint Anne Street

Tonight, I arrived in Paris after two days quite hard in Amsterdam. Although it was late and got very tired with some work to do I would love to take a walk to relax. I'm in a central location, near the Opera and the truth is that here in the heart becomes less lazy, so I took the laptop out for a walk with the aim of finding a place to work for a while and drink.

A walk of just over ten minutes I was taken to Saint Anne Street which apparently account for most of Asian restaurants in Paris, especially Japanese. In a quarter mile I could have more than fifteen locations in the area and the truth is it was not easy deciding on one.

Some were crowded and looked like quite popular, but certainly good value for money. At the end I decided for a quiet place to work and not a mistake.

The letter and has shown me a different Japanese, which had traditional Japanese food but also more elaborate dishes, clearly influenced by European trends. I have chosen a variety of traditional sushi and sashimi sushi has incorporated unusual as scallops, sea urchin and ikura, which already shows the quality of its concept. But most spectacular was a salad of wakame seaweed-based with excellent preparation and presentation that clearly show the site level and the concept was present in many other dishes I've seen it happen.

I have not tried anything else but it certainly is one of the best Japanese in Paris and must be taken into account, however, think that goes a little traditional. I accompanied the meal with a couple of Kirim on tap and I'm done with green tea. The price somewhat high, seventy euros, but perhaps justified by the quality and different concept.

As always you have some photos .
