The peppers and tomatoes are two typical ingredients in virtually all the fillings of all pies. That is precisely why this pie so I find it extremely funny and tasty, does not carry any of those two ingredients and does not need. Ingredients (4-5 people)
350-400 grams of desalted
2 medium onions
25-30 raisins
An egg (yolk only)
A puff pastry for pie
1 tablespoon virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon quince jelly
Filling preparation
- Dry the cod and cut into small pieces.
- Peel and chop the onions into small thin strips.
- In a pan put oil and butter over medium heat.
- When butter has melted add the onion and fry over low heat stirring occasionally until golden, about 20 minutes.
- Add the pieces of cod and raisins and saute over medium heat for about ten minutes. The cod will cast some water to remove to vaporize.
- Add the jelly to remove and remove the filling so it does not happen.
- If there is some liquid let it reduce and then add the filling.
- Let the filling cool before filling the pie.
Preparation of Pie
- Roll out the dough for the pie and if you want to cut a few thin slices for decoration
