Last Saturday a number of coincidences led me to collect gourmet ingredients in a disorderly way, up to prepare this delicious morsel with which I had breakfast yesterday. I tell you.
Afternoon first stop to buy some buns in the bakery and snack Mallorca also bought one of her delicious handmade chapatis I used as the basis for this dish. Then we went to a mall to make a change of clothing and walking through the galleries into a deli where I bought some very unusual smoked sardines, plus half a fresh goat cheese in the tent. A small purchase at a supermarket in the same shopping center allowed me with some fresh chives, who sincerely and usually buy whenever I see as if it were parsley. Always good to have it in the fridge.
On Sunday morning, so early due to time change allowed me to start the day quite active and even get some work done next week. After finishing and still without breakfast, and began to cook some potatoes while preparing ribs, my mind thought of the breakfast that I present.

I cut two thin slices of ciabatta, the toasted slightly. The added some tomato jam in her refrigerator. I put it on the backs of smoked sardines, a touch of olive oil. In a blender put a few pieces of fresh goat cheese and went to get the texture of snow and put it on the backs with some chopped chives and a few flakes of Maldon salt.
The spectacular result, predictably hired softness of the cheese perfectly with the sweet acidity of the tomato jam and smoky flavor.
Encourage them because it is simple and if you do not find sardines try smoked eel or other, preferably from oily fish. Security is also good.
