Last Friday ended the week with a meeting in the center of Madrid Alonso Martinez area and as we got almost four in the afternoon without eating we approach the fly to Tsunami Japanese Restaurant located in the Caracas streets of this neighborhood in Madrid which had already been a couple of other occasions.
This Japanese restaurant is a restaurant and for about 40 people and a sushi bar for about 8 or 10 people. We opted for the bar did not have much time and a quick chop. Your letter has a lot of variety and offers a complete tour of the more traditional Nipponese specialties.
On this occasion we ordered green soybean pods boiled Edaname, and a mixed tempura to start. The whole thing was edaname but rich, he would have missed one or two minutes of cooking but I do not really care. Regarding the cooperation with tempura abundant variety of vegetables and four prawns, fry both very well done and its set point.
Then follow with a plate of sushi variety, also very well prepared, which would have welcomed an Ikura sushi (salmon roe) instead of flying fish roe they put us.

It said two beers accompanied by pay just over 50 euros, given the quality we think is correct.
Tsunami is an option for its cuisine to be taken into account within the Japanese offer in Madrid, but I think they should care aspects of service such as that sometimes is delayed more than necessary (it was not the case the other day) and all invest in the renewal of the decoration and image of the room with materials like wood and upholstered walls provides an image for my taste something last.
Apart from these considerations and personal aesthetic, Tsunami is a site worth but, from my point of view, a facelift I think it could do and Japanese consolidated as a clear reference in Madrid.
I leave the few photos I could get.
