In one of the excursions we did this summer in Asturias we drop by the Entrego to see the Museum of Mining and Industry which was recommended and loved children and adults. After the visit, that the pitch was covered expectations, we move toward the center of town where located across the street from the river Nalón is the restaurant La Conda, a classic in the area.

Apparently La Conda has over 30 years providing meals and name the nickname due to the two ladies received, owners and cooks who regentaban few years ago. The place has lost none of its heritage of quality and tradition and treasured recipe secrets as their Onions Stuffed with Bonito, which despite being exposed in the dining room are hard to match.

Onions In addition, we excellent pork and a delicious homemade meatballs that we were surprised by its quality, texture and flavor. It seems incredible that you can surprise meatballs! but what is exceptional home cooking of this land.
