A few months ago I heard a curious story about the world nutrition, it is the "supersopa". This product, whose design originated in Argentina, Quilmes National University, serves a critical altruistic aim "to feed the hungry." In essence, it is a canned stew designed by nutritionists and whose purpose is to focus on the product all the basic nutrients for survival and obviously so are people in need who can not afford the range of products that could provide adequate food.
It comes in concentrated form in 4 liter cans to which is added to twice that amount in water can collect up to about 50 servings. As chefs, has "good taste and aroma," another of its characteristics is that its components-vegetables and meat are easily identifiable because they are not crushed, giving greater consistency to the product.
Although as I said before, the target is people with low income, the fact is that being a conservative product holds more than 2 years-packing ideal for expeditions or situations where access to vegetables or meat is certainly limited. Another of its qualities is its low price (in fact it is estimated a price of $ 0.17 per serving), which guarantees access to this basic food for their recipients.
In the modern world, such initiatives are essential, is not always possible to combine the delicacy of a dish prepared with the food needs of an individual, or quality of the ingredients with the basic nutrients needed. Therefore commend this initiative of the University of Quilmes, which can make food more accessible quality to the most disadvantaged. In fact, there are plenty of partner companies that have helped develop the product.

In any case, what are our nutritionist jlabrador of this idea? Does it make this product a success? Should be supplemented in some way?

According to my opinion any initiative whose purpose is to eradicate hunger and promote or assist poorer alos be welcome. Also if supported by a University, I guess that will have studied include nutrients.
But if you ask me the values nutritionally, not much I can say that we know very well that takes the meat and vegetables that is very specific, and not only that it is very important how to cook vegetables such not lose their vitamins.
