Cover potatoes revolconas

For if it was not quite the daring feat closer to see the concert of Amaral and Bob Dylan in Hoyos del Espino has decided to complement us doing the bike ride, and this feat was rewarded upon arrival. We made the journey in one go, without stopping, because we were stuck with the time to get to eat at The Warehouse.

Precisely by not stopping and we were given really well and it took less than expected, which allowed us to reward our tired and aching bodies with a beer and some potato revolconas in the Bridge Inn (very close to where we ate) as a prelude to a meal that I will relate shortly.

Not to you but to me it is a cover I find simple and simply brilliant, perhaps you may know as Dry Potatoes, Potatoes Machaconas, Potatoes bobbed or by other names depending on region or city where you have taken, but are typical of Castile. Avila is a very common cap that you can enjoy well-developed in many bars and taverns. Its development is to combine a good quality boiled potatoes with a good olive oil, paprika and sour or spicy bacon and sausage as indispensable accompaniments.

The taste of this simple cap contrasted with another, game shows, we taste the day of our return to Madrid, this time in the post-house located in downtown Avila. The cover in question was filled Beef Carpaccio Montenebro cheese with balsamic vinegar reduction to which your illustrious name did not honor. The result was correct but Montenebro cheese Goat's milk rose above everything else prominence removing the rest of ingredients, plus all looked somewhat impaired by a toasted bread as a base.
